Fiber to the Home Council Americas needed to be positioned as a leading industry expert to attract new members. Having established its reputation among fiber to the home vendors and manufacturers, the organization was being challenged to evolve in order to expand its market.

Following a complete assessment which included interviews, surveys and a communication audit, TGD recommended for Fiber To The Home Council Americas, or FTTH to be renamed and rebranded to broaden its market and build greater awareness of fiber broadband for their member companies based in urban and rural areas.

TGD guided the renaming process by providing name and logo options, as well as applications for the board to consider before changing the name to Fiber Broadband Association. Additionally, TGD realigned its products and services, and redesigned their primary website and community tool kit website, as these are often the origin of first impressions.
