Eastern Shore Public Library Foundation

Accomack County is one of the poorest regions in VA, a new regional library was needed to provide access to both traditional and digital media for the locals. The cost to build a new state of the art library had to come for state grants and locals’ pockets.

TGD’s 3-year plan is presented in three parts

1. Build awareness and support for the project
2. Create a capital giving campaign to collect donations with a goal of $5 million dollars
3. Continue giving campaign for the library “Centers”, ground breaking and grand opening ceremonies
