California HR Conference and 60th Anniversary - 2017

Following the success of the 2016 campaign, with attendance increasing by more than 20%. TGD was asked to manage and create the 2017 campaign in unison with PIHRA’s 60 Anniversary.

The 2017 plan expanded our mix of digital and traditional marketing to attract, engage and register new attendees, exhibitors and members developed for 2016, by focusing more on the states outside of California. As a leader in HR development California HR practices are studied and accepted nationally. This is important for companies with staff in California, but also provides insight on new developments in the HR market.

The campaign focused on numbers or reasons: 60 Years/60 Reasons

In addition to developing the plan and marketing materials, the TGD Team worked with the PIHRA staff to bring the marketing process in-house for future campaigns.
