American Gear Manufacturers Association


The American Gear Manufacturers Association Foundation launched a new effort to attract qualified employees to gear manufacturing. TGD was tasked with developing the campaign. Following an assessment of the project, TGD created the Get into Gears campaign which features an online marketing toolkit for corporate members, complete with video, digital ads, emails, posters and brochures, all strategically designed to help employers recruit talented young people for the gear industry. Within a day of releasing the toolkit to members 48 kits were downloaded.
